14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with GoLead within the first 14 days of your subscription, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
1. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your refund request must be made within 14 days of your subscription purchase date
- The request must be made by the account owner or authorized representative
- This applies to both new subscriptions and renewals
2. How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple:
- WhatsApp: Send a message to +91 82000 10737 with your account email and "Refund Request"
- Email: Send an email to yrhpsoftware@gmail.com with subject "Refund Request"
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method
- You will receive a confirmation message once the refund is processed
4. After 14 Days
After the 14-day guarantee period, refunds are not available for the current subscription period. However:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges
- Your account will remain active until the end of your paid period
- You can export all your data before your subscription ends
5. Additional Staff Refunds
If you add additional staff members (₹200/year per person):
- Additional staff charges are refundable within 14 days of being added
- Prorated refunds may be available for staff removed after 14 days — contact us
6. No Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of your subscription after the 14-day guarantee period. We encourage you to make full use of your subscription period.
